Great disappointment experienced by Fallin and Clackmannan Community after they had their potential Cup Final clash – due to be played at the Falkirk Stadium last March – cancelled due to Covid-19, writes Tom Scott.
Clackmannan came through their Semi-Final with a 2-1 victory against Syngenta.
Three-time winners Fallin and four-time holders Cambusbarron Rovers served up a nail-biting evening of their own, which went down to penalty-kicks.
Rovers went ahead on the stroke of half-time.
Cambusbarron goalkeeper Greg McGuiness denied Ally Brown with a brilliant penalty-kick save on 55 minutes, but eight minutes later he was beaten, when Kyle Imrie timed his movement and header superbly to make it 1-1.
In dramatic fashion, Fallin went through to the Final 4-2 on penalties.
