Six-Figure Cash Boost For Amateur Football

The Scottish Amateur Football Association have confirmed a massive six-figure cash boost is heading into the game next year. Having been cut adrift by interrupted periods of time to train and play competitive football since March 23, the Scottish Amateur FA today (Tuesday) revealed a grant of £100,000 has been allocated from the Scottish Government

Funding, and their Executive and Finance Committee in turn has agreed the six-figure sum will be passed on to Member Clubs in the year. They should be in a position to advise how the funding will be utilised for the benefit of member clubs, and further announcements will be made at the appropriate time.
