SHAWBRIDGE AFC were handed a bye in the draw for the Harley’s Sky Bar Strathclyde Cup at the start of the 2016-2017 season, writes Tom Scott.
The Glasgow South Side club, who had lost out 2-1 in the thrilling New Tinto Park final against Tynecastle AFC, would await the winners of a clash between AS Airdrie and Calderglen.
Meanwhile, the Cup holders were given a home draw against UB United.
As can be seen from the FULL SECOND ROUND DRAW, there was plenty of competition to win silverware from that level of Scottish Amateur Football.
