Kingdom League Clubs Have Plenty of Firepower

If you like combining our beautiful game with loads of goals every week, keep following the Kingdom of Fife Amateur Football League. They may have to reinforce the nets at several clubs throughout the Premier, Championship and Division 1 after four weeks of incredible action!

Cupar Hearts have a 100% record, and a Premier Division Report Card of 9-0, 7-2, 5-2 and 6-0 wins – the latest being recorded at KirkcaldyYM on Saturday afternoon.

Hoping to keep them within their sights – and with games in hand for the catch-up process are Leven United, Auchtermuchty and Balgonia Scotia. Markinch have racked up four successive Championship wins, but Freuchie, Lochgelly United, Glenrothes Amateurs and Rosyth are keeping tabs on them with games less played.

There have been some incredible scorelines in Division 1. We were presented with more evidence on Saturday. Hearts of Beath hammered already shell-shocked Fife Star 18-1, and Bridge of Earn demolished Kirkcaldy Albion 22-0.
