Rosyth Feel Right At Home On Opponents Ground

Three games into the new Kingdom of Fife AFC Championship campaign and Rosyth FC Saturday Amateurs are already looking the part on opposition soil!

Saturday’s 2-0 win against Fife Athletic at Dalgetty Bay was added alongside the opening day of the season victory, when Mark Higgins scored late on to defeat hosts Fife Thistle.

In between those fixtures, ten-man Rosyth lost 2-1 against visitors Lochgelly United AFC.

Saturday’s victory was achieved through a hard- working first half display, allied to goals from Craig Fraser ( 15 minutes) and Chris Briggs just before the half-hour.

The Fife Athletic result means Rosyth lie third in the Championship table.
