Semi-Final Shoot-Outs For SSMAFL Clubs

Eight clubs in the Strathclyde Saturday Morning Amateur Football League will attempt to secure a place in domestic Cup Finals before 6pm tomorrow evening.

Three competitions feature in a busy day – starting with a double-header at the Clydebank Community Hub.

Experienced campaigners Shawbridge meet Stanley Athletic (1pm), followed by St Peters going up against P.G.U. FC  in the UK Theatre School Chairman’s Cup two hours later.

Over at Toryglen, Semsa FC,. go head-to-head with the Real McCoy in the Semi-Final of the Only Sport Presidents Cup. Kick-off 10am.

Nico’s and East Dunbartonshire also have a 10am start, when they clash in the Kastle Decor Home Improvements Strathclyde Cup at Glasgow Green.

The victorious winning trio won’t have long to wait for a crack at Cup Final success. Three Clubs who carved out their own individual history in Scottish Junior Football circles will have their grounds available for the competitions on Saturday, October 10. Vale of Clyde, Cambuslang Rangers, and Benburb FC.

In accordance with Scottish Government guidelines, no spectators will be allowed to attend any of the Semi-Finals or Finals.
